Wisp Energy has developed a patent pending wind turbine that promises to “change the world”. This new, proprietary design will deliver a step improvement over any existing wind turbine design. The company is employing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to finalize the architecture of their patent pending Dual Axis Wind Turbine which will increase the efficiency or return on investment of wind turbines by at least 30% over existing solutions.

Scott Jewett, the CEO and engineering lead is an experienced company-builder. He has been a CEO and founder of five companies. He built Line-X/Paxcon into as global industrial company that operated in 26 countries and sold it to private equity, Graham Partners for $92M. He invented, wrote the specifications, won the contract, and supervised install of his patent-pending invention with the US Department of Defense to protect the US Pentagon after 9/11.

Mr. Jewett’s patents for the oil and gas industry were selected from over 1,200 submissions in a Global BP Oil Grand Challenge. He leads a team at Wisp Energy who have landed contracts for game-changing innovations with the US Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Oil & Gas companies.
